Pregnancy fetishism, also known as maeiusiophilia, is a sexual fetish for women who are or appear pregnant.

It could be a large ball shaped object like a melon or a pumpkin, as well as some liquid, like water. This fetish is related to control, as these women are free to use birth control but choose not to in order to please God, their churches, or families.

Fat fetishism however, is all different to pregnancy and inflation fetishism.
